When purchasing at Ahoroa Estate you will receive a share in the residents company called Ahoroa Estate Residents Ltd, this company has been formed to maintain the right of ways (internal roading) and to manage the community and the by-laws.
These laws can be changed or updated if the majority of owners agree via a company vote, this gives more control over the rules governing the Estate to the residents.
This company will also maintain a predator protection program, with the objective of keeping pest numbers down, encouraging an increase of the native bird life that already abounds at Ahoroa Estate.
This company will also exist to arrange resident activities within the Estate.
